Reiki is quite simply the Life Force that is in all things and fills all space. It is unseen by most people, as are other energies that we are familiar with such as infra-red (remote controls), radio waves, microwaves, ultrasound etc. Reiki is a system of natural healing which evolved in Japan from the experience and dedication of Dr. Makao Usui (in the 1920s). Dr. Usui was inspired to develop this healing system from ancient teachings and after many years of study, research and meditation, he went on to spend the rest of his life practicing and teaching this healing system. Caroline has been trained in the Usui tradition and working with and connecting to the highest levels of energy, ensuring a powerful and completely safe energy connection.

Reiki and Spiritual Healing can be used on humans, animals, plants, in fact anything with a living energy. This wonderful healing energy works on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels to help bring the 'body' into health and balance. Once the trained healer has been attuned, this healing energy can be given as a one to one non-invasive treatment, which includes laying on of hands to the patient and the channeling of healing energy; alternatively, healing can be sent over time and distance, which is known as distance healing. This is all done by connecting to the Universal Energy Source which is a little like tuning into a station on a radio, or plugging into an electric socket. This energy is then directed to the individual who is to receive the energy healing.

My workshops are run day one working with and  healing people & day 2 animals.

This is the start of your Reiki journey and is mainly for self treatments and getting used to the Reiki energy, finding out how adaptable it is.

Reiki level Two  for People - 1 day

Once you have got confident and comfortable with the energies from level one, the next stage is level two where three of the Reiki symbols are introduced to you: The Power Symbol, Harmony Symbol and the Distant Treatment Symbol. This level includes:

• Attunement to three new Reiki Symbols

• Full explanation of these symbols and their uses

• The Symbol Mantras

• When to use them

• Ethics of treatments to others.

• Advice on setting up your own Reiki practice

Certification at Reiki Level 2 will be issued on completion of the required Case studies.

Reiki level Three Human - 1 day

This is the Advanced Reiki healing level. Only undertake this level because you want to, not because you feel obliged to. This level includes:

• Attunement to the Usiu and the Tibetan Master Symbols, and the Energy (Fire Serpent) Symbol.

• Antahkaarana (Reiki healing Grid)

• Psychic Surgery technique
